1. Telesales Executive (16 positions available)

Responsibilities:
- To meet the sales target in a highly competitive market through the Telesales channels in Maybank Group and other independent Telesales channels.
- Timely rolling out of all sales programmes and campaigns.
- Innovative and competitive programmes for market share growth.
- Working closely with other associates (merchants, corporate companies, government office etc) to promote card business.
- To promote Maybank cards as 1st choice card of cardholders.
- To increase revenue per card to be above industry average.
- To lower cost of customer acquisition amongst sales channels.
- Compliance to ORM requirement and risk mitigation effectiveness.
- Responsible for making daily calls to secure sales.
- Achieve the targets for cards acquisition for the Telesales executives.
- Responsible for making sure that all approved cards reach the hand of customer.
- Ensure to handle all customer’s call with polite and professional manner.
- Responsible for the security and safe keeping of customer’s information.
- To provide up to date information on products, promotions, campaigns, offers etc to customer.
- Ensure all applications are submitted by the next working day.
- Monitor performance measurement and reporting submission to track the actual performance.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Good communication skills i.e. in written, spoken, grammar and comprehension in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Outgoing personality.
- Proactive and willing to work hard in meeting sales targets.

2. Marketing/Sales Executive (Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Selangor)
Mortgage / SME / Corporate Loan (100 immediate Full-Time positions available)

Responsibilities:
- To acquire new businesses and to achieve monthly sales target as stipulated in the Job Objective.
- To build good rapport and obtain referrals from with assigned lawyers, real estate, developers and valuers and to obtain and build networks for sources
- To attend property developers launch and road shows upon request
- To review, recommend and follow-up on business applications and documentation
